Here at Geoffrey Morris and Ashton we recognise that dealing with any family issues can be both emotional and stressful. Our dedicated team are here to help. We aim to complete the proceedings as quickly as possible with the minimum amount of stress. We are members of Resolution which is a national organisation of Family lawyers aiming to promote early and amicable settlements of family disputes. Our experienced lawyers will guide you every step of the way.
We are members of the Children's Panel and have extensive experience of care proceedings where Social Services are involved. We can also provide advice in relation to adoption.
Geoffrey Morris and Ashton have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to provide advice and assistance under the Legal Aid Scheme to those financially eligible. The availability of Legal Aid will be discussed at the initial appointment. Where Legal Aid is not available we will be happy to provide an estimate of our costs when we have discussed your needs with you.

Costs
